Distance Sales Agreement

This agreement sets out the terms of the distance sale established electronically between the Seller and the Buyer, under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
1. Parties & Seller Details
This agreement is concluded between the Seller identified below and the Buyer who places the order.

Buyer: the consumer placing the order and declaring delivery/billing details at checkout.
2. Definitions
Law: Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502. Regulation: Distance Contracts Regulation. Ministry: Ministry of Trade. Product: the goods ordered by the Buyer.
3. Subject
The subject of this agreement is to define the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product the Buyer orders on maggickids.com.
4. Product, Price & Payment
The product's main features, quantity and VAT-inclusive price are shown in the order summary and on the product page. Shipping is stated separately at checkout.
Payment is taken securely by credit/debit card via iyzico. Card details are never seen or stored by the seller.
5. Delivery
The product is delivered within one week of payment approval to the address declared by the Buyer. The legal maximum delivery time is 30 days.
The seller is not liable for courier delivery failures. If a parcel appears damaged on delivery, it should not be accepted without a report.
6. Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason or paying a penalty. Notice is sent to destek@maggteknoloji.com.
On withdrawal, the product must be returned unused and resalable with its packaging/accessories. The price is refunded within 14 days of return via the original payment method.
7. Exceptions to Withdrawal
Per Article 15 of the Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products custom-made to the Buyer's request, or products whose packaging has been opened and which cannot be returned for health/hygiene reasons.
8. General Provisions
Before payment, the Buyer confirms having read and accepted the Preliminary Information Form and this Distance Sales Agreement. By completing payment the Buyer accepts all terms.
9. Dispute Resolution
For disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Boards at the Buyer's residence are competent up to the monetary limits announced yearly by the Ministry of Trade; above these limits, the Consumer Courts are competent.
10. Effective Date
This agreement takes effect when the Buyer confirms the order and completes payment.
